Pasting a Bullet Point character into the script editor causes a crash

            Description

            Pasting a bullet point copied from an email in Outlook into the script editor causes GMAT to hang, and eventually crash. This may be limited to Windows as bullet points are ignored when copy-paste into the editor on Linux. This does not cause a crash on the R2018a tag
