Can't create BodyFixed coordinate system with origin at Spacecraft

      Description

      This is a user request from DAQ.

      Trying to create a BodyFixed coordinate system with its origin at a Spacecraft currently isn't allowed, and it's unintuitive which other type of axes would be correct.

      SPH: Status as of 27 Nov.
      I have written all numeric and orbit view tests and they all pass. Nice work Wendy!
      The only remaining issue I am aware of is the crash discussed below that occurs for the circular reference case.

      WCS: Status as of 5 Dec.
      Plan to check crash bug next week.

      Status as of 19 Dec
      Circular reference caught - is there anything more to be done for this?

      WCS: I believe this is all complete.

            Here are the tests I am going to do when this feature is ready for system testing:

            Test converting position and velocity from inertial to a CoordinateSystem with origin spaceraft and axes body fixed for each attitude mode:

            • Spinner
            • Coordinate System Fixed
            • SPICE
              Test OrbitView using a coordinate system with origin spacecraft and axes body fixed

            Document: The matrices will be evaluated at the spacecraft epoch. If plot epoch and spacecraft epoch are different, unusual things can happen.

            Here is another script test. Both lines in the report should be the same. The first line requests the state of "sat" in the VNB system of another spacecraft (satVNB). The second line requests the state of sat in the body system of satBody, but that system is the VNB system of satVNB.

            Does this :
            "(2) rotate the GMAT angular velocity from Inertial to body."

            mean just to multiply the angular velocity by the DCM, since that is the matrix from inertial to body?

            Also, Equation 4.9 in the configured specs shows up in the PDF as something to do with the STM. ??
