The Replace All option in the Find & Replace utility doesn't work as expected; in most software, Replace All replaces all instances in the file.
In GMAT, you need to Replace at least once (to highlight a match) before Replace All will work, and then it'll only replace those matches that appear after the current one in the file, not everywhere.
